Am I a Member?

An OFSWA member firm is any Ontario, Canada company that is registered with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) with a firm number in any of the following WSIB rate groups: 030 logging, 033 sawmills and silviculture, 036 veneer/plywood and other board industries. If you require further clarification on whether you are a member please contact the Ontario Forestry Safe Workplace Association or the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
